We've progressed from using a local LLaMa model to leveraging GPT-4's advanced capabilities, significantly enhancing our translation quality. Our system now incorporates consistency frameworks for naming entities and other refinements, elevating our output to high-quality machine translation standards.
Community-Driven Improvement
We've implemented features like chapter quality flagging. This allows us to integrate reader feedback, effectively crowdsourcing the human element crucial to our model's ongoing improvement.
Sustainable Growth
To sustain this project and cover the costs associated with GPT-4 API usage, hosting, and development time, we're transitioning to a Patreon-based model. This decision ensures the project's feasibility and maintains our motivation to deliver the best possible translations.
